I've decided to split my debt into two categories....credit card debt and non-school loans (like my new car note). Putting the school loan figure would be a pitiful percentage decrease that isn't even worth tracking until I can double up on payments.
My goal is to eliminate the credit card debt by my next birthday (Jan 2012) - I wanted to give myself a reasonable time line (because unexpected things do happen) and am pretty sure I can make it happen!
I'm giving a comparison from 2010...to the current figures and boy did it make me smile to see the progress! While I can't attribute my couponing alone to the total decrease, I know that some of the money I have saved has gone to pay off my credit cards. Yay!
